What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility where an individual enters a deep state of relaxation, known as trance. In this state, the mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions and new ideas, allowing deep-seated beliefs and patterns to be addressed and transformed. Hypnotherapy works by bypassing the conscious mind to access the subconscious, where many of our thoughts, habits, and behaviors are stored.
